Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Peachtree City, GA

Setting: Hybrid (3 days in center and 2 days remote)

Population Served: Ages 1-14 years

Hours of Operation:  8am -5pm

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Supervise RBTs (telehealth or in-person) in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support rooted in ABA best practices
• Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming thoughtfully

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Billable hour expectations: No billable hour requirement at this time

• Base salary: $80-85 / hour
