What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Manage a caseload of ~5-7 clinic-based clients, maintaining 26–28 billable hours based on client needs (not rigid productivity targets).
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support meaningful skill growth.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on coaching to ensure high-quality implementation of programs.
• Partner with the Clinical Director and team to review progress, adjust programming, and support strong clinical outcomes.
• Maintain clear documentation and family collaboration to ensure ethical, consistent ABA services.

• Caseload size: 5-7 clients
• Billable hour expectations: 26-28 hours per week (on average)

• Base salary: $85-95K
