What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide high-quality ABA services across home, community, school, and daycare settings
- Support clients ages 2–21 with flexible caseloads and strong RBT coverage
- Join a tech-forward company using AI-assisted assessment tools and innovative solutions (including smart-glasses feedback) to reduce administrative workload and increase clinical impact
- Receive direct mentorship from a 25-year industry leader with advanced case consultation and ongoing professional growth
- Work within an assent-based, autonomy-driven ABA model that prioritizes high-quality care, creativity, and minimal micromanagement
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values RBT support, parent partnership, and clinician well-being
- Operate within a hybrid model offering independence, leadership development, and opportunities to support new clinic launches as the organization grows
