What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight for two BCBAs, offering mentorship, case consultation, and support to ensure strong clinical quality and team development.
• Manage a caseload of ~9–10 clinic-based clients, maintaining 26–28 billable hours based on client needs (not rigid productivity targets).
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support meaningful skill growth.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on coaching to ensure high-quality implementation of programs.
• Maintain clear documentation and family collaboration to ensure ethical, consistent ABA services.

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: ~3
• Billable hour expectations: 10-20 hours per week (on average)

*As the clinical team grows, the Clinical Director’s caseload will gradually decrease, with the long-term goal of transitioning to a non-billable leadership role.

• Base salary: $95-110K
