Job Description
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maryland (MD) License
- Ability to lead a team of 7 RBTs and 1 Clinician in Training (CIT)
- Comfortable working in a shared “pod” model where all teammates and clients are in one room and in-the-moment support is essential
