What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked)
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCBAs
• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth
• Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients
• Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000
• Bonus structure: Up to $12,000 annually
• PTO: 10 days
• Health benefits: 5 sick days
• Paid Holidays: 8.5 days
• CEU support: In House CEUs, $250 monthly CEU reimbursement, 2 CEU days off annually
• Supervision/mentorship provided: New clinical excellence team
• Schedule flexibility / remote options: Up to 2 days per week
