What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCBAs
- Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically
- Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth
- Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients
- Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000

Bonus structure: Up to $12,000 annually
- PTO: 10 days

CEU support: In House CEUs, $250 monthly CEU reimbursement, 2 CEU days off annually
