Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Elizabeth City, NC

Setting: Clinic, school-based, and in-home services

Population Served: Ages 2-12

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday; 8:30 am-4:30 pm


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Provide direct ABA services to assigned clients across clinic, school, and in-home settings
  • Conduct evidence-based and insurance-required assessments
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans, including:
  • Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Skill acquisition programs
  • Behavior reduction protocols
  • Progress reports and session documentation
  • Insurance and compliance-related documentation
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, staff, and other stakeholders regarding treatment progress and recommendations
  • Train and support staff and caregivers in the ethical and effective implementation of behavior analytic interventions
  • Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and applicable payer requirements


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: dependent on client needs
  • Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary: $85-95K
  • Bonus structure: Hourly rate for billable hours above 25
  • PTO:  Up to 3 weeks PTO annually + 1 floating holiday + monthly mental health day
