What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide consultation, program development, and staff training for adults in day programs, residential/group homes, and caregiver-led service models
• No RBT supervision and no crisis behavior caseloads
• Support essential and functional living skills using a nontraditional, adult-centered ABA model
• Facilitate two weekly social-skills groups at the Manteca hub
• Work within a flexible, creative, autonomy-driven culture with self-scheduling, low administrative burden, and encouragement of innovation

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: ~50-60 clients (shared caseload between 2 BCBAs)
• Billable hour expectations: 120 hours per month

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $88K
• Paid Holidays: 9 days
