What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Manage a clinical caseload while providing high-quality ABA services focused on life skills and meaningful outcomes for older learners
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs/technicians supporting your clients
• Collaborate with leadership and the Clinical Director to ensure ethical, trauma-informed care practices
• Support the development of clinical programming designed for older children and adolescents
• Contribute to a growing organization that is expanding clinics while maintaining high clinical standards

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: ~8
• Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $75-85K
• Bonus structure: $25/hour bonus for billable hours above 28 per week
