Where you'll be working:

Location(s): DuPont, WA

Setting: In-home

Population Served: Children 1.5 - 16 years

Hours: Most sessions are held after school to meet family availability


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Provide direct, in-home ABA services tailored to each child and family
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 9–10 clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support meaningful progress
  • Provide in-person supervision and coaching to CBTs/RBTs
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, engaged, and close-knit clinical team


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 9-10 cases on average
  • Billable hour expectations: Based on client caseload need


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary: $55-75 per hour
