Where you'll be working:
Location(s): DuPont, WA
Setting: In-home
Population Served: Children 1.5 - 16 years
Hours: Most sessions are held after school to meet family availability
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide direct, in-home ABA services tailored to each child and family
- Manage a caseload of approximately 9–10 clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support meaningful progress
- Provide in-person supervision and coaching to CBTs/RBTs
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, engaged, and close-knit clinical team
