What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and monitor progress
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: Dependent on client needs
• Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $80-105K
• PTO: 10 days
