Setting: Clinic-based

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCBAs
  • Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth
  • Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients
  • Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary: $75,000 - $94,000
  • Bonus structure: Up to $9,000 annually
