What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a caseload of children and/or adolescents receiving ABA services across clinic and in-home settings within a short radius of the center.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans, ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services and meaningful progress for clients.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring appropriate training, feedback, and supervision hours in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and clinical leadership to support programming across early intervention and adolescent programs, contributing to a collaborative clinical culture.
  • Manage a caseload that typically ranges between 26–30 billable hours per week, with flexibility and clinical autonomy designed to support sustainable workloads and reduce burnout.


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 9-10 clients
  • Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week on average (range of 26-30 hours)


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000
