Population Served: Children, ages 1-14

Years in Operation: 3 years

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked)
• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth
• Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-time: able to work within 12-8p weekdays
• Caseload size & billable goal dependent on availability

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Rate: $80-85 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: $1000
• PTO: accrues based on hours worked
