What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide high-quality ABA services within a fully clinic-based model
• Manage a small caseload of no more than 10 clients across early intervention and school-age programs, with strong RBT support from a long-tenured team
• Collaborate with a tight-knit, inclusive clinical team of 3 BCBAs, a Clinical Director, and highly experienced RBTs and UNT-affiliated students
• Exercise strong clinical autonomy in programming, with opportunities to explore niche interests
• Join a warm, supportive, and collaborative culture, with many staff members working together for 5–6+ years
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, providing supervision, program development, parent collaboration, and team support

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: 10 clients
• Billable hour expectations: 27 hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000
