What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Maintain ~100 billable hours per month while managing a caseload of approximately 8–12 in-home clients, depending on service needs.
- Provide hands-on supervision (averaging 17–20%) to RBTs, with active involvement in clinical programming and family support.
- Serve clients within a 30-minute drive radius, supporting a regionalized caseload model to promote work/life balance.
- Conduct and interpret assessments (preferably VB-MAPP and Vineland) and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and the clinical team, demonstrating strong cultural alignment, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality care.

Competitive Compensation & Bonuses

- $3,000 sign-on bonus
