Population Served: Children 16 months - 13 years (average age is 5)

Years in Operation: 5 years


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Maintain ~100 billable hours per month while managing a caseload of approximately 8–12 in-home clients, depending on service needs.
  • Provide hands-on supervision (averaging 17–20%) to RBTs, with active involvement in clinical programming and family support.
  • Serve clients within a 30-minute drive radius, supporting a regionalized caseload model to promote work/life balance.
  • Conduct and interpret assessments (preferably VB-MAPP and Vineland) and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and the clinical team, demonstrating strong cultural alignment, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality care.


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients (dependent on client need)
  • Billable hour expectations: 100 hours per month


 Competitive Compensation & Bonuses

  • Base Salary: $80K–$102K (based on years experience)
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Additional bonuses based on exceeding billable requirements: up to $3,500
