Setting: Clinic

Population Served: Ages 2-20 (average range of 2-12)

Hours of Operation: M-F 9am-7pm (must work one weekend per month)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide clinical oversight and behavior analytic services for a clinic-based caseload of children.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust programming to ensure meaningful client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to review progress and support strong clinical outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, caregiver communication, and progress reporting to support ethical and effective ABA services.

What You’ll Need

• BCBA certification
• Active Arizona license
• AHCCCS-ready (previous insurance credentialing required)
• A commitment to ethical, high-quality care

• Caseload size: varies based on client need
• Billable hour expectations: 27.5 billable hours/week

• Base salary: $92-102K
